Gorgeous 1930s robins egg blue silk slip dress made from silk charmeuse and matching silk chiffon. The slip is made in a unique style, with long sleeves and an attached bolero like detail at the bodice, that gives the appearance of a jacket, but is actually all one piece. The bodice itself is made from a sheer silk chiffon, and covered with gorgeous hand applied and embroidered silk flowers. The waistline is gathered lightly for an extremely full skirt with a high slip down the middle. A fabulous layering piece- this would look incredible worn over a fabulous pair of high waisted trousers. So special, and a perfect piece for year round wear.

Overall excellent condition. Some minor marks and pinholes in the skirt that get lost in the drape, and a few scattered minor pulls in the silk. Presents beautifully.
