Incredible 1930s silk satin gown with hand applied French lace detailing, and careful beading through the bodice. The detail work on this piece is just remarkable, everything from the low cut back to the subtle keyhole at the bust makes this gown truly unique. The beading in the bodice is quite unusual for a piece of this style and age, but the effect is truly marvelous, creating a textural appeal between the silk, lace and glittering glass beads. Magical to behold, and a perfect choice for a bridal ensemble.

Excellent condition with minor notes. On the body of the gown around knee level and lower there are a handful of slight "pulls" in the silk. They are very slight and are not at all noticeable when worn. Otherwise, there is a small repair to the lace on one strap that is completely invisible. Structurally perfect, presents beautifully.
