Incredible archival quality unlabeled but well documented 1929-1931 Pendleton trade blanket wool coat in the most fantastic color way and Native American inspired motifs. The coat is quite warm and soft and has a wonderful structural quality. Unlined by design and beautifully made throughout. Has two small pockets and mother of pearl buttons.
Overall beautiful condition for a piece of this age. There are some scattered moth nibbles to the surface of the wool, but only one or two tiny holes going through (in the armpit) so does not detract at all from appearance or wearability. The original neck strap is missing, only the button where is would attach remains. The label is also missing but it is clear to see where it was attached in the back of the neck. One button is missing at the wrist, but it does not affect wear (the extra button at the neck from the strap could be moved here if desired.) Overall this piece is in absolutely magnificent condition with only minor cosmetic issues. Wear beautifully.
