Stunning 1930s black silk chiffon gown with unique French lace wing-like sleeves. The shaping on this gown is oh so sexy, with a draping cowl neck and perfectly placed deco lines accentuated by the sheerness of the silk. The skirt is super full and entirely cut on the bias creating marvelous drape. As if it were not sexy enough already, this sultry confection is finished with a slit down the back of the bodice. Wear with a nude slip underneath, or take the opportunity to show off your best skivvies.

Overall very good condition with some notes. This gown has been professionally restored in house. When found the gown had a small tear at the back skirt that we have covered with a hand appliquéd piece of era appropriate 1930s French lace. There are a couple spots at the hem that are uneven, but it does not show at all in the fullness of the skirt. There is one small hole towards the hem that has been treated to prevent worsening, and a couple of the buttons at the wrist show some wear. This sounds like quite the list, but the dress frankly presents as perfect when worn! Very strong and wearable.
