1930s perfection embodied in this incredible soft peach silk slip dress, complete with hand embroidered bow and floral motifs. This slip dress has a very unusual shape with a high back and strappy shoulders, cut on the bias for a form hugging fit perfectly balanced with a super full, draping skirt. This piece is very likely French in origin, and is made from a high quality gown silk that is fully opaque. A stunning example that would make a stunning bridal or wedding option.

Overall excellent condition with some minor notes. There is some light wear to the silk on the back of the bodice, is appears as a slight "rippling" effect, probably from being worn by someone for whom is was a bit tight. It is very very subtle. Otherwise, some small minor marks at the back of the skirt that are almost entirely imperceptible in the very full skirt, and some slight general wear to the silk. Presents beautifully and is strong and wearable.
