Sweetest 1930s abstracted floral silk chiffon dress with an extremely full skirt and marvelous puffed sleeves. Great mini self covered buttons at the nape of the neck and deco lines through the bodice. Skirt is cut on the bias for a perfectly flowy fit. Waistline is elastic allowing for a range of sizes to fit comfortably. The perfect garden party dress!
