Gorgeous 1930s teal color-changing silk velvet dress with the sweetest rhinestone covered tassel details dangling from little gathered bows at the waist. Perfect 30s styling with puffed sleeves, full skirt, and an attached buckle back belt for a perfect fit at the waistline. Closes at the side with hidden side snaps.

Overall excellent condition with some minor cosmetic flaws. Has a very small repair at the back of the shoulder, one or two pinholes, and wear to the buckle. Most rhinestones are missing from the metal tassels, but this does not really show when worn. Presents beautifully.
