Utterly incredible 1920s robe made from remarkable scenic border printed silk in shades of pink and red. The beautiful print on this robe is definitely artist designed- I wish there were a way to track down the name of the designer! Beautifully executed in a deco style that beautifully compliments the simple 20s styling of the robe. Made with an interior shell with a second layer that drapes over the shoulders and creates the sleeves. Has a hidden tie closure inside and a single snap, but wears beautifully open as shown. Remarkable, and very likely one of a kind. A rare survivor.

Incredible near pristine condition. One area of near imperceptible discoloration near the neckline.
