Stunning and rare 1910s silk blouse beautifully embroidered with Chinese chrysanthemum embroidery accentuated by pleating at the collar and sleeves. The shaping of the blouse is perfect for tucking into your high waisted pants or skirt, or even wearing with overalls. Closes at the center back with delicate mother of pearl buttons, and has an elegant high neck with lace trim.

Overall excellent condition with minor cosmetic flaws. At the lower front there are some light marks and a small home that do not show when tucked in, and do not effect wear. There are some very small rust marks at the back of the blouse where old dress hooks remain, these can be removed if desired but I leave this to the new owner. Some subtle marks on sleeves, does not really show. presents beautifully and is strong and wearable.
