Art deco c1920s-1930s. Made from a unique, early plastic that has a woodgrain-like appearance and is slightly heavier than celluloid. Closes securely and stays shut. Some evidence of glue residue on the inside of the cap, minor surface marks. Marked "Dennison" discretely on the bottom.
