Exquisite 1930s silk crepe back satin slip skirt with gorgeous hand applied lace detailing. Labelled "Juel Park" which was an exclusive, very high end luxury brand based on the West Coast that specialized in custom order handmade lingerie. Every piece I have ever seen from this label is unbelievable, and this skirt is no different. It is sewn entirely by hand, even down to the seams, resplendent with hand finished details. Amongst the lace toward the hem at the front, the skirt has a hand embroidered monogram "Gina", the fabulous woman who would have originally commissioned the garment. Beautifully styled with a slim fit through the hips, darted to perfection at the waistline and a sultry leg slit at one side for ease of movement. Closes at one side with a hidden serious of hooks and snaps. The only slip skirt you'll ever need for underneath your sheer pieces, or a magnificent day to night piece to wear with your favorite blouse.
