Rare and exquisite metal hair pin with a hand enameled butterfly. Enamel has a metallic sheen to it that reflect light beautifully. Appears to be made of brass or some other copper alloy. 

Very good condition. Minor wear to the enamel and body of the pin shows some tarnish, but only adds to the beautiful aged patina. Structurally excellent and ready to wear.
