Art Deco c1930s. Accommodates two rings! Robins egg blue celluloid with gold accents, lined in satin and high pile velvet. A piece of the base has unfortunately broken off on the side, thankfully not super noticeable. Light wear and marks throughout, and light wear to the velvet. Very unusual! "Scott Jewelry Co.
