Fabulous and rare 1940s maroon side button pants made in a nice medium weight cotton. These special pants have a super flattering high waist, and deep inverted pleats for ease of movement and comfort. They close with large deep red celluloid buttons at the side, for a fabulous deco look. Has a single patch pocket at the back. Two identical pairs are available. 

Excellent deadstock, unworn condition. Both pairs have been laundered, but show some minor storage marks.

Note: this pair appears to be a "tall" size, with an added crotch gusset that makes the rise a bit lower. Because of the gusset, the rise can easily be adjusted and made shorter by a tailor if needed. This is the pair the model wears, and they are shown totally unpinned.
