Incredible 1930s softest black silk velvet gown with lamé trim depicting lucky shamrocks. The sleeves on this piece are incredible, heaving gathered with an opening that reveals the lamé peeking out. The dress has deco bell zippers on both cuffs, and lovely attached gold tone dress clips at the neckline that can be easily removed if desired. The dress has no side closures and slips on over the head, intending to be belted down to size or worn loosely.
