Utterly gorgeous 1930s ivory silk chiffon peignoir with a huge draping tiered skirt gathered to perfection with French valenciennes insertion lace. Uniquely detailed with a twisted cord waist tie, a draping dolman shoulder and voluminous balloon sleeves. Absolutely exquisitely made to highest level of couture craftsmanship, entirely sewn by hand, even down to the seams. Closes at the high neck with a matching covered button and ties at the waist for a flattering fit. Wears beautifully worn open or closed, as a negligée or a daytime duster. 

Excellent condition. One incredibly subtle yellowed mark at the hem that gets entirely lost in the drape and one tiny pinhead mark below the waist. Presents as mint.

Taken fully closed- wear beautifully slightly open on larger. Tied loosely on model to show how it wears slightly open at the front.
