Remarkable 1930s French couture hand beaded capelet absolutely covered in thousands upon thousands of white fiber optic glass beads that reflect and play in the light like no other. The beads are arranged in alternating vertical and horizontal striped, creating a gorgeous optical illusion around the body. Uniquely styled as a cape, but with an attached waistband for a fitted look around the waistline. The perfect outfit topper for a one of a kind bridal look.

Excellent condition. A few small holes in the mesh have been patched and re-beaded with matching antique glass beads. Presents as mint.
