Stunning early 1920s cotton mesh gown covered in hand done tambour embroidery in the style of Pointe de Gaze French lace. The bodice is beautifully articulated with 3 dimensional florals and a second layer of fine mesh for a wondering transparency effect. Uniquely styled with a loose silhouette creating an incredibly elegant (but very comfortable!) garment. A perfect layering piece that styles beautifully with a favorite slip dress or skivvies set.
