The most elegant 1920s silk lounge set by Lady Duff (a very popular, high end brand for women's lingerie in the early 20th century) comprised of a pair of wide leg silk trousers and a matching robe. Once again, the textile is everything here. The bright floral silk used to create the robe, and mirrored in the hem detailing of the trousers, is exquisite. The unexpected colors work perfectly together in an Art Deco floral print that is strangely reminiscent of the work of M C Escher, who created fascinating patterned, puzzle-like works in the early 20th century. An absolutely stunning set- these pieces are beautiful together, but also make for fantastic separates to be styled in an infinite number of ways. 

Excellent condition. A few scattered minor marks, and two very tiny (2mm) repaired holes at the crotch that are invisible when worn. Strong and wearable.
