1930s French Couture Mini Skirt [xs/sm]

Stunning 1930s French couture mini skirt sewn entirely by hand and almost certainly custom made. Exquisitely styled with lace appliqué work throughout and playfully placed silk insertions. This piece was originally a pair of tap shorts that was cut into a miniskirt at some point in its history- we love it! Closes at the center back with mother of pearl buttons and snaps. 

Excellent condition. A handful of scattered invisible lace repairs. Raw edges where the crotch area was cut have been refinished. We have also added a few snaps between the buttons to prevent gapping when worn.
