Unbelievably beautiful 1910s cotton mesh gown completely covered in delicate tambour embroidery reminiscent to feathers or stalks of wheat. Beautiful styling with a tiered voluminous skirt, a classic flattering waistline, and layered look bodice. Wide cut sleeves with a flounce cuff make this piece incredibly comfortable to wear, and adds a wonderful drape. This piece closes at the front and waist with a series of hidden snaps and hooks that disappear completely once fastened, a sign of this piece's expert tailoring. So many styling opportunities with the sheerness of this piece, and would make an incredible choice for a bride.
Remarkable near pristine condition with just some light wear to the embroidery in a couple places. Presents as mint condition.
