Utterly marvelous 1930s rayon crepe gown in a lush burnt sienna color perfect for the fall. This dress is just the epitome of deco glamour, with luxuriously voluminous bishop sleeves crafted from delicate 1930s lace and a matching high collar. The lace details have small gold bullion threads running through the pleats for a subtle but elegant detail. The dress has wonderful deco lines throughout, and is accented with a subtle hem flounce. Finished with two original millinery flowers carefully sewn to the front bodice, but could be easily removed if desired. No side closures.

Gorgeous condition with a minor mark at the side of the skirt, pictured, that is barely noticeable when worn, a few scattered small marks. Very minor underarm discoloration that does not show when worn. Strong and wearable, it is rare to find lace pieces from this era in such excellent condition! Presents beautifully.
