Unique 1930s blouse made from a material I have never seen before. It is almost straw or raffia like, but with a softer and more delicate hand. It creates a beautiful sculptural effect and gives the wonderfully puffed sleeves a beautiful volume. This piece is resplendent with beautiful details including mother of pearl buttons, a pleated collar, and hand bound button holes. A magnificent example and surely one of a kind.
