Glittering 1920s shawl made from gorgeous silk georgette interwoven with gold and silk lamé threads woven into Rococo floral motifs throughout. Made in a very wearable large rectangular shape with hand knotted silk fringe on either end, perfect to drape over the shoulders or wrap like a scarf. A stunning example of early textile prowess with remarkable texture and light reflection, but neutral enough in color to go with just about anything.

Excellent condition. A couple pinholes, one tiny functionally invisible repair to selvage and a few invisible repairs to fringe. Presents as mint.
