Incredibly beautiful 1930s ivory silk gown with remarkable hand sewn floral appliqué and pin tucked details throughout. The bodice itself is made from a wonderful combination of silk chiffon and crepe de chine with different levels of sheerness and transparency that creates a beautiful textural effect. The armholes and neckline edges are both carefully scalloped and finished by hand. The skirt is cut on the bias and drapes beautifully on the body with an attached belt that ties at the waist for a perfect fit.

Excellent condition, one or two minor marks. Presents as mint.
