Absolutely unreal 1920s beach pajamas overalls made from a super soft polished cotton in an unbelievable rare and unique art deco style beach bathers print, complete with its original deadstock paper tag. Beautifully crafted with flat felled seams, patch pockets and simple deco lines for a perfect fit that wonderfully accentuates the figure as well as the magnificent print. Has a unique v neck bodice and very low cut back that allows great styling potential. Closes at one side with a hidden button placket, and with matching molded celluloid buckles at either shoulder. An unbelievably rare piece of history pulled directly from my personal archive, and a must have for the serious collector of both early sportswear and art deco print.

Incredible near pristine condition. These overall are entirely deadstock with the original paper tag still present. For this reason they have not been washed to preserve for the collector, and the only signs of wear are a few very subtle scattered marks. They present as mint condition. If you would like us to wash these for you prior to shipping, please leave us a note and we will be happy to do so.

The overalls are shown pinned at the back for these photos as they were much too large for Claudia. If desired, it would be very, very easily to alter these smaller by adding pleats at the back waist (this is what we did with the pins) in such a way that it would be entirely reversible in the future.
