Remarkable 1930s gold lamé jacket with exceptionally voluminous balloon sleeves and sweet peter pan style collar. The fabric on this piece is so luxurious and delicately woven, with a stunning deco print resembling flowers or starbursts. Single button closure at the neckline, fully lined in silk, with a beautiful original label still attached.

Overall excellent condition. Exterior appears pristine, but there is some wear to the lining particularly at the nape of the neck where there are some small tears. The lining is overall still strong and supple with some weak point, but is definitely very wearable.
