Victorian Cut Steel Chain Belt [xs/sm/med]
$98.00
Fantastic belt made from chain pieces connected Victorian cut steel buckles from the late 19th century. This piece is very interesting, as it appears to have been made in the 1920s from older components. It is hard to say for sure, but the cut sleeve rectangles may have originally been destined to be shoe buckles. The result is beautiful and unique, and has a wonderful mixed era aesthetic. Beautifully handmade, and likely one of a kind. Shown worn in the 1920s style at the dropped waist, but would also wear beautifully at the natural waist, giving it some size flexibility.
Excellent condition with some minor patina and a small darkened spot near the clasp. Presents beautifully.
