Exquisite 1920s hand crocheted tunic made from spun rayon fibers in an exceedingly rare icy blue color. Beautifully styled with a renaissance reminiscent floral as the central motif in the fabric, a scalloped fold over collar, a matching tassel belt and of course the gorgeous hand knotted fringe at the cuffs and hem. The silky smooth texture of the rayon yarns gives the dress an incredible drape with a tendency to hug the curves of the body, not unlike a bias cut gown and it is incredibly flattering on for that reason. The sheer nature of the garment gives it endless styling possibilities- wear it over jeans, with a slip dress, or to show off some favorite skivvies to name a few! The options are endless.

Excellent condition. There are a few small areas of ever so slight discoloration that are almost entirely imperceptible when worn and there are 3 pieces of fringe that were cut shorter than the rest sometime in the past located at the side seam on the hem; they get entirely lost in the very full fringe. Presents as mint when worn.
