Romantic 1930s ivory silk chiffon peignoir with incredibly full and dramatic balloon sleeves that drape seductively around the arms. These are some of the most voluminous sleeves I have ever seen- there must be at least a yard of fabric in each sleeve! The effect is magnificent, with the light as air chiffon moving beautifully with the wearer. Similarly full gathering through the body of the garment gives a very full skirt. Unique off the shoulder styling with a contrasting silk charmeuse yoke, finished with delicate three dimensional lace flower appliqués. A stunning piece to dress up or down- wear with jeans and a tee shirt for everyday, or with a gorgeous gown for a bridal look. Closes at the neckline with matching button sets.
