Rare and unusual 1920s handmade Art Deco wool jacket. This piece is made from soft tightly woven wool crepe with a vibrant plaid bodice and contrasting navy blue arms and trim around the hem. The jacket closes at the front with a long line of buttons and large snaps at the neck. One hidden pocket at the front. A very special piece, likely one of a kind, and so unusual for the time period! Makes a great layering piece or light jacket.

Excellent condition! One mismatched button, a few subtle marks, and a couple pinhole moth nibbles at the back hem. Presents beautifully.
