Stunning early 1900s Edwardian handmade Irish crochet duster jacket with gorgeous laurel vine and three dimensional floral motifs. Made entirely by hand with thousands upon thousands of the tiniest crochet stitches that come together to create a textural masterpiece. The scale of the larger motifs to the background fill creates a very modern feeling graphic effect on the body; this is an incredible layering piece. Wide cut sleeves and body that drape beautifully with movement. Closes at the center front with tiny hidden snaps, but wears beautifully open as well.

Excellent condition. When found the hem had been cut raw but we have refinished it with matching antique crochet trim. Presents as mint.
